Who Can Take The Class?
Anyone from anywhere in Texas or nationwide to be honest, and have a background or desire for carrying a firearm, we can help. Our LTC class is certified by the state of Texas Department Of Public Safety which means that once completed with our courses – there will be no need to wait any longer! You’ll receive an official certificate immediately ready to download.
The LTC-101 certificate is good for 2 years after completing our Texas License to Carry Online Class. This means that you have 2 years to take the proficiency demonstration and submit it to DPS. The License to Carry applicant must also be 21 at the time the application is submitted to DPS, unless your active duty military (Click here for more info on Active Military) Because the certificate is good for 2 years, students can take the class and even the proficiency demonstration at 19 years old and be able to apply for the LTC with the certificate at 21 years old.
Proficiency Range Familiarization
After finishing the course, you’ll be provided with a completed LTC-101 form. This certificate will show that you’ve taken our online class and can bring it to any Texas certified instructor for them complete certification on your behalf!
Texas Approved Online Class Provider
Many companies offer a license to carry or concealed handgun without being properly approved by the state of Texas. These licenses are not recognized as being equally beneficial, and you could even end up with restrictions on where your weapon is allowed in certain situations if using one from another state instead!
