Our Story

LTC Training Texas was founded to make common-sense, safety-first online carry education accessible across Texas. We built this program for busy people who want to do things the right way—without the confusion.

Owned & Operated by Gary and Julie Parks

LTCTrainingTexas.com is owned and operated by Gary and Julie Parks. Gary is a Certified NRA Instructor with experience across multiple firearms disciplines and a career rooted in service and training.

  • Trained thousands of soldiers throughout his military career
  • Continued public service as a police officer, including training fellow officers

Service, Community, and “Never Forget”

Now retired from law enforcement, Gary continues to live by the rule “Never Forget”—supporting fellow veterans and giving back through grassroots efforts when help is needed.

In his free time, he coaches youth shooting sports (including 4‑H) and focuses on building the next generation of gun owners with safe, proper handling and responsible decision-making.
